At Classy N Sassy, every item is made-to-order with great care. Because of this, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

  • Non-Personalized Items Only: Exchanges are only available for items that are not personalized.

  • 5-Day Window: You may request an exchange within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Eligible Issues: Exchanges are only approved in cases of manufacturing or shipping defects, or if you received the wrong item/size.

  • How to Request an Exchange: To start an exchange, please contact us at classynsassy2023.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Important Notes

  • Personalized/customized items are not eligible for exchanges.

  • Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement within 5 business days.

  • If more than 10 business days have passed since your exchange was approved and you have not received your replacement, please reach out to us again at classynsassy2023.com.
