Non-Personalized Items Only: Exchanges are only available for items that are not personalized.

5-Day Window: You may request an exchange within 5 business days of delivery.

Eligible Issues: Exchanges are only approved in cases of manufacturing or shipping defects, or if you received the wrong item/size.
